Problems we can evaluate
Computer problems can come from failing hardware, unwanted software, damaged system files, heat, storage limits, or an incomplete update. We start with the symptoms and determine which next step is practical.
- Computer will not turn on or finish starting
- Slow performance, freezing, crashes, or error messages
- Overheating, fan noise, or unexpected shutdowns
- Storage, memory, power, or peripheral problems
- Windows and macOS troubleshooting
- Windows 11 compatibility checks and upgrades
Repair, upgrade, or replace?
Not every older computer should be repaired. We explain what we find so you can compare a repair or upgrade with the cost and usefulness of replacement. If replacement makes more sense, our computer setup and data-transfer service can help prepare the new machine.
Protect important files
If a computer makes clicking or grinding sounds, repeatedly fails to start, or contains irreplaceable files, stop using it and call first. Continued use may make data recovery more difficult.
